About Us

Rooted in the Land. Guided by the Bees.

Victoria & Grace Honey Co. is a small-batch apiary on an 80-acre farm connected to two conservation areas — where the bees roam freely and the honey is as pure as it gets.

The Farm

80 Acres. Two Conservation Areas. One Beekeeper.

Victoria tends to her bees with incredible care, raising them organically and practising strong biosecurity methods right on her 80-acre farm — a peaceful stretch of land connected to two conservation areas.

That means her honey is made with less agricultural interference, resulting in some of the purest, most natural honey you'll ever taste.

At her booth, you'll find more than just honey. She handcrafts beautiful creamed honey, soaps, lotions, and balms — all made using beeswax collected straight from her own hives. Every jar, every bar, every balm tells a story of deep respect for the bees and the land they live on.

Victoria's Philosophy

"When working with any type of livestock, their care always comes first. Honeybees are no different. Every new hive starts fresh, with new frames, clean boxes, and plenty of attention to their health. I use everything I can from the hive — even the beeswax is melted down to support the next generation."

— Victoria

What We Believe

Principles We Keep

01

The bees come first

Every new hive starts fresh — new frames, clean boxes, and close attention to colony health. We never over-harvest, and we leave enough honey in the hive to carry the bees through winter.

02

Organic methods, honest transparency

Victoria practises organic beekeeping methods, but because bees roam freely she can't certify the honey as organic. She's upfront about that — because integrity matters more than a label.

03

Nothing wasted from the hive

Beeswax collected from the hives is melted down and used in handcrafted soaps, lotions, and balms. Every part of the hive's work finds a purpose.

04

Biosecurity at every step

Strong biosecurity practices protect the health of every colony. Clean equipment, careful handling, and a deep respect for the bees' natural rhythms guide everything we do.

The Maker

Victoria

Victoria is the heart of this operation — beekeeper, craftsperson, and steward of the land. She manages the apiary by hand, leads every harvest, and is the one you'll find elbow-deep in a hive on a warm June morning.

Her philosophy is simple but powerful: the care of the bees always comes first. That commitment shows in every jar — in the depth of flavour, the clarity of the honey, and the knowledge that it was made the right way.

If you believe in supporting sustainable farming and love the simple goodness of pure, raw honey, make sure to stop by Victoria & Grace Honey Co. this season. Your taste buds — and the bees — will thank you.
